If we haven’t met…I’m Mindful Muslimah.
I’ve been married for almost 25 years to my best friend and we have 5 kids ranging from 8 to 25 (not to mention 6 grand babies), a licensed educator and mentor.
I’ve taught and mentored women for 25 years…
on how to get organized and stay organized no matter what season of their life that they are in.
But it didn’t start out that easy…
In fact, earlier on, I was not so organized or productive…at al.
I struggled to stay consistent and organized.
I couldn’t keep a routine, I never got through my “to do” list…
I had a big career, a handful of children that I was raising, and was leading the community… but something had to give. If my house was organized, my work wasn’t and vice versa.
It was all too much (or so I thought) and I had no idea how I would find time to do it all.
I was too embarrassed to ask for help and had no one I could really ask anyway.
I got so fed up with feeling like I had no control over my life, I got depressed and pretty much stopped trying…but then I only felt worse.
‘Cause then I felt guilty that I was a bad Muslim because I wasn’t consistent in anything.
I pleaded to Allah SWT to guide me to the help I needed, as I felt myself slipping away.
As he does… He led me to a brand new world, where I quickly realized and learned that the answers I was seeking were close and not so hard to apply as I had thought.
In fact, the way I was currently doing it (I soon came to realize) was actually way harder and took way more energy. There was an easier way.
I was shocked that in doing small, but powerful moves and techniques, so much of my emotional overwhelm, anxiety and worry could melt away.
It instantly increased my self-esteem as I began to accomplish more… and quickly taught me that the only thing stopping me the whole time was my “false belief” that it couldn’t do better.
It was my lack of faith in Allah and my ability to know what to do next were the actual things holding me back.
Now, what inspired me to put it all into easy to do next steps came from all of the women asking me for help…
And also looking at my own children, and wanting them to be able to have a system that kept them connected to Allah SWT with ease and allowed them to live productive & capable Muslim lives.
Honestly, if I can do it (and that is saying…a lot) then ANYONE can. And Allah SWT is the best of helpers no doubt.
If I were to go back to my younger self and give me advice I would start here…
These are the very first things that I learned that started making all of the difference.
I truly believe that every woman who learns this will see it as a dramatic change in their life. I know I did and the tens of thousands we teach in our school (kind of crazy to say that as I never thought I could do it let alone help others – Allah SWT makes everything possible).
In our school we teach these skills together at a cost of $329, but so many women need help
We serve women world-wide & so the number of requests are high….
We wanted to share it for you today in a way that would make it easier.
ONLY $27
P.S…. the hardest part is starting. We did all of the work for you in the bundle.
