Why should you join this program ?

What if you could learn to structure your 24 hours in a way that makes you feel more productive and balanced? And as a result, you can better yourself, get closer to your Lord and become a muslim woman of impact Insha Allah.
We know that the five daily prayers that we pray are spaced out in a way that we could be mindful of Allah throughout the day. Yet, so many of us STILL LACK structure in the way we spend our days? Why is that?  As the Arabic proverb goes, “Whoever knows himself, knows his Lord.”  Meaning…in order to be closer to Allah, we might need to better ourselves, so we can know ourselves better. But most of us aren’t sure how, We feel overwhelmed with our days and have probably, at some level, have even given up.   We get you. We know how to help.  The Mentorship program will teach you how to better structure your time, regardless of your life circumstances and help you be more focused and productive. By personalising our schedule in a more realistic and strategic way, you can find the time and energy to reconnect with Allah SWT and your purpose. This results in happier moods and a greater sense of fulfilment.

F.A.Q.S

Is the mentorship program one-on-one sessions or is it a group setting?

We are currently only holding group mentorship sessions. Each group will consist of 5-15 sisters. We have gotten feedback from sisters who wanted one-on-one sessions but after doing a group session they were so happy they did the group session because they got so much benefit out of it as they found sisters they could relate to and they got to hear different perspectives. Insha'Allah as our team and resources grow we will be able to hold more sessions to cater to the mentees needs. Keep looking out for any updates.

What are the timings of the sessions?

Typically sessions are on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings respectively 1pm and 8am EST, USA time. This may change as the number of mentees signing up grows. You will be informed when it does change.

What is expected from the mentees during the Mentorship Program?

A typical session lasts 1h 45 mins every week for 7 weeks. The first session begins with introducing the program, the team and the mentees. Each session will tackle self development topics and ends with action items to be done and discussed at the beginning of the next session. The action items are highly recommended to complete in order to gain full benefit from the program. Overall a mentee needs to give about 2.5 hrs weekly to commit to a 1h 45 mins session and 30 mins to prepare the weekly action items.

Where can I find the material and resources?

When you are accepted into the program you are given access to a private group on Telegram where you can find the resources needed for the live sessions.

Why we don't post the replay of the live sessions

They are not shared for the privacy and safety of the sisters that share personal information.

Who has access to the Telegram group?

The only people who have access to the telegram group are members that have registered for the program. This is a safe space that has been created to discuss the content, share ideas, motivate each other or to get help on implementing the content. This is also where the mentees will find the action items for each week and the resources used in the program.

Why is my feedback as a mentee important?

We love to hear how we are doing so we can continuously assess and improve our program to help our women thrive.

How many times is a mentee allowed to join the program?

Currently, due to a limited number of mentees that can be accommodated each mentee can go through the program a maximum of two times.

Are mentees allowed to miss a live session?

Each live session builds onto the next session, therefore if a mentee has missed two live sessions, she has to attend the next session to retain her spot in the program. If she is unable to attend due to any emergency situation she should inform us at mentorship@mindful-muslimah.com. Ultimately missing three live sessions will result in removal from the program as it hinders the ability to keep up with content of the program.

Any technical questions, difficulties faced, or further questions, whom should I contact?
